After several days of a flaky server, and RL issues with some of our Core, we were able to finally get into Ulduar 25. So far its been pretty sweet. We’ve finished the following:

Next up, The Keepers are going down, then off to General and Yogg…Â Tune in later for SS’s etc.
So this is awesome… We got Flame Leviathan without many problems… he even Bugged and reset and we still killed him. Pretty fun fight.

Right after this popped up, everyone started running in place. 20 minutes later the instance servers crashed.
Once the servers came back up, we finally got back into the instance servers. Won the fight, but lost the loot.. oh well. I’m sure it’ll be months before the next addition to WOTLK.
We gave Ignis a few shots, then after going WTF checked the Raids and Dungeons forums and said screw it when the instance servers went down again…

Malygos 25-man down. Fun fight, though a little too easy.
Well, a few weeks into the expansion and we’ve cleared it all.
We’re keeping occupied with achievements and running ten-mans, but our primary goal is the incoming new instances. We will be preparing for them while we continue to farm Naxx and the Eye. As always, we are on the lookout for exeptional players to join us in destroying the next content patch, which with any luck will not be long in coming. If you think you’ve got what it takes, throw an app on the forums under recruitment.
We are tearing through the current Wrath content. I suppose that’s why the new Naxx is considered “entry level raiding content”; it’s just not that hard compared to the original one, and not even remotely approaching SWP difficulty. We’ll wrap up Malygos 25 this monday.
We are still (Always!) on the lookout for great players. At this time two healers and a couple of ranged dps would be ideal, but we are looking at all classes. If you are serious about hardcore raiding, playing your class to its fullest potential, and can meet the majority of our raid times, go to the forums and fill out an application.
We are cruising through the new Wrath content. At the rate it’s going, it should all be on farm in about a week or two at most. Our goal is to have everyone geared to the gills in preparation for the next dungeons that open. At this time recruitment is open to most classes, possible reinforcement and core roles available. Feel free to head to the forums and put an app up undert the recruitment thread; we are looking for dedicated, skilled level 80 players who can meet our raid times.
The brooding spider awaits. Or did . . . she’s dead now. I’m afraid Naxx is not so challenging anymore. Still, its easy gear to prep for the next real dungeon.
Well, we just squeaked it in before Wrath of the Lich King. Literally on our LAST raid day before Wrath. Congratz to everyone for the successful completion of the game. We are a fairly young guild, and progressing from Kara 6 months ago to downing KJ is no small feat. Thank you everyone for your time, patience, perserverance, and dedication.

So the Dark Naaru takes a dirt nap . . . er, well, except for the dirt part. It was more of a diminuitive floating eyeball thing for a corpse. Creative, huh? Maybe not. Anyway, on to Kil’jaeden!
Been awhile since we’ve had an update. Brutallus and Felmyst down, heading towards the Twins and beyond.
So after 4 nights of practice and getting used to portal rotations, Kalecgos falls to a 24man raid. Sadly, I again had to witness a first behind the eyes of my healer instead of my warrior but that doesn’t make the minor victory any less comforting to those who put the time in.
Brutallus is a joke of a fight and will pose no barrier for us but will have to wait until next week as we have a few other lose ends to tie up. We’re all looking forward to Felmyst & beyond. Youtube and high quality version of the video is available here on the forums.
So our Kalecgos ‘learning’ week ended with Round 3 (day 3) going to Kalecgos but not without a great fight. We have managed to force the enrage by getting both bosses associated with the fight below 10%. The fight is in our pocket but we’ve decided to push the old gay content until next week’s shots @ both Kalecgos and Brutallus.
