The Core 30 consists of members in the guild who meet all of the requirements to be a Core Raider. Being a part of this group gives full priority on raid invites over Reinforcements & Members. However, being part of this group does not guarantee a raid spot as all spots are adjusted on an encounter by encounter or instance by instance basis. This “pool” of 30 raiders allows us to have the optimal raid make up for any given encounter and/or instance as it not in the best interest of any serious end-game progression guild to consistently take on all encounters with the same make up each and every time.

Attendance is an important part of this guild. Not only for obvious reasons, but also because your Attendance Percentage is what we use as one of several deciding factors when it comes to assigning Ranks and rare loot.
To be rewarded the proper attendance% for each and every raid, one must meet the following criteria.
- In the raid, present and accounted for.
- Not in the raid but on-line, on main character, ready for an invite/summon at any moment.
If you are ever to miss a raid it is absolutely imperative that you post on the forums 2hrs prior to raid time regardless of anything -OR- call an officer and let them know. This officer then must post in your place. If they fail to for any reason you may lose the attendance.

Requirements for all members include, but not limited to, the things listed below.
Mods:
- A unit frame mod for all members. Can be as simple as Perfect Raid and Xperl or as intricate as Pitbull.
- Grid is required for all Paladins, Druids, Priests, Mages, & Shamans.
- Omen threat meter for all members.
- DeadlyBossMods for all members.
- PallyPower for all Paladins.
- Power Auras Classic or something similar
- Raid Frames - ANYRaid Frames for DPS/Tanks.
Misc:
- It is required, to be a member of this guild, that you have DSL/Cable equiv. or better connection. No exceptions. If your connection goes to crap on a regular basis, it may be grounds for demotion until your connection is fixed.
- You must have a computer that can perform under heavy AE in raids. Low FPS is not ok.
Character Development:
It is imperative that all members of Immortal Legacy understand that there is no such thing as perfect. I don’t care if you’ve been playing the same class and spec for 3 years, you could always learn a little from someone else. Take one to three hours a week to find places on the net and read up on your class mechanics, even if they are things you already know because sometimes you stumble across things did not know. It is your job to know where such places exist but if you do not, then talk to an officer or your class leader within the guild and they can point you in the right direction. Elitist Jerks is always a good place to start.
